WHILE visiting a friend, I asked to use the bathroom to be told be careful the toilet seat was dodgy and  someone from Two Rivers Housing was due any time to repair it. 

When this young chap arrived about half an hour later he was the most polite workman I have met — which I did not expect because all I have read about this housing association has been negative but this employee cold not have been more helpful, telling my friend that phone calls to that number would definitely be answered.

As my friend is a widow this statement was re-assuring for her security and peace of mind.

I am not a Two Rivers tenant and don’t live in the area but discussing it in the car going home my wife and I said this young man deserved some praise for doing a good job in a very polite manner.   

Well done Two Rivers, I hope all your staff are polite as this one was.
