I AM all for renewable energy but we are harnessing a very unstable source in wind power.
Why not put all our efforts into power from the sea? We are surrounded by a limitless source of energy which will never fail.
Why don't the brains of the government look into the feasibility of placing turbines in the path of currents around our coast?
The wind turbines we are paying for are wasteful even when they are working.
Turbines under the sea will never be without the source to make energy, it is limitless.
Wind turbines are expensive and after the initial outlay turbines under the sea are a better proposition. They will keep going for ever with very little maintenance.
