THE Dean Heritage Centre at Soudley is to get a £60,000 part-payment from the Heritage Lottery Fund towards plans to purchase and display the prestigious Dennis Potter archive.

The promised money had been held up by copyright issues now resolved, says manager Nathalie Hall. "We're delighted about the archive, even though it was a lot of work," she said, adding that a further match-funded £30,000 was also in the pipeline.
