A SPOKESPERSON for Gwent Police said: “Officers are keen to speak with the male pictured in relation to the theft of alcohol from a Waitrose store on Monnow Street in Monmouth.

 “The offence occurred at approximately 1:55pm on Saturday, February 4.”
