I HAVE to reply to the 'Recycling Resident' in last week's paper.

I quite agree with them the Biffa chappies do a brilliant job and though we have many recycling centers throughout the Forest some people will insist on not using them.

Only this week we put our black bin out, lid closed of course, and what did we find later that afternoon? Someone had put their rubbish in our bin!

My partner took their rubbish out of our bin.

My partner checked our bin in the early morning and the people who owned the rubbish had put it back in our bin. How rude and disgraceful!

My partner then took it out of our bin. It was all cardboard and plastic. This rubbish could have been taken to any recycling plant. There are loads around in the Forest.

So please people do not put your rubbish in other peoples bins. Your rubbish is your responsibility, not your neighbours. Recycle people!

And stop putting your rubbish in other peoples' bins because you can't be bothered to recycle. If our bin wasn't collected because of you, you should feel very guilty!
