FOREST motorcyclists have presented £3,553 to the county air ambulance in memory of Richard 'Tich' Parr who died in an accident on June 18.
A charity motorcycle ride to raise the money was organised by Vanessa Allen at Dean Motorcycle Training.
It was supported by all who knew Richard (24) and the day started with a minute's silence in his memory.
Around 200 motorcycles set off via Cinderford town centre to Stow, Stratford and the Malverns, accompanied by local police motorcyclists.
The ride concluded at The Greyhound, Pope's Hill with a barbecue and raffle. Music was provided free of charge by Garrison Damn, who really made the evening!
The total amount raised not only came from the above event but was collected by Maureen Fennel, Yvonne Duce, Bill Gwilliam and donations given at Richard's funeral.
