A BIKE was stolen from a garage in Caldicot in the latest in a spate of thefts.

Thieves broke into the garage in Wentwood View between 11.30pm on Friday (July 27) and 7.10am the following morning.

They took a 20-inch frame Claude Butler mountain bike which is metallic blue with the maker's logo in white and with a black and blue saddle.

The front suspension forks are Rock Shock. Anyone with information is asked to contact Gwent Police on 101.
