MEN in the Forest can join with others to chat about their troubles.

Friends Simon Smith and Carl Arroyo, who are part of The Ross Community Men's Group, are holding meetings to provide men in the Forest with an opportunity to meet and share experiences about their lives and the challenges they face around relationships, work and children.

Carl Arroyo said: "We want to make men feel like they have a sense of purpose and offer them a place to go for direction and fulfilment in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere.

"Men no different need help and reassurance at times and we hope to offer that."

Meetings will be held at The Ryefield Centre in Ross from April 18 every Thursday and starts at 7.30-9.30pm. For more information contact Simon 01989 568936.
