POLICE are appealing for information after a youth indecently exposed himself to a woman at Soudley Ponds, near Cinderford.

The victim was walking around the ponds between 2.15pm and 2.20pm on Wednesday (July 27) when she saw the youth. He spoke to the woman as he exposed himself and the woman walked away quickly.

He is described as white, between 15 and 18 years-old, with short dark brown hair and wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt - possibly off-white in colour.
