I?WOULD like to say how much I enjoyed Friday morning June 1 at Yorkley School.
Mrs Mary Thomas and myself were asked to speak about the Queen's Coronation and our early life at the school.
I started at the school in August 1920 and left in July 1929.
The school is much altered now, and will be even more so when the alterations are finished in September. I hope to visit the school in September to see it then.
Thank you children for making us so welcome and for the bouquet of red, white and blue flowers you gave us.
