IT'S not terribly surprising that the spokesperson for the Dean Academy thinks the "only issue" addressed by the employment tribunal was Mr Roberts' pay!

If a member of the governing body had bothered to attend court or even read the judgement, which is in the public domain, they would understand the full reasons why such a payment must be made.

What an ironic indictment of why Mr Roberts was in court in the first place!
