DEMANDS by recorded delivery have been sent to most Two Rivers Housing Association homeowners, demanding payment for grass cutting fees.

The letters, which have been arriving over the last couple of weeks have divided opinions.

Dave Edwards, on behalf of the TRH Fighting Fund Committee said: "Our advice is to accept the letter if you wish and reply to Two Rivers Housing. Your response should be that you wish to wait for the outcome of the ongoing court case before making any payments.

"The latest news from our solicitor is that the case has been transferred to Bristol County Court. There will probably be a hearing to gain agreement on how the cases are to proceed before a full hearing at a later date. There are no dates set as yet for the hearings."
