IT would be most interesting if one of the many hair stylists in the area would explain the following: What is attractive about the present hairstyles now worn by so many where rather lank, unhealthy hair is scraped back into an untidy heap and then long tendrils hanging down each side of the face or fringes so long the person is prevented from blinking (eg: Zoe Ball – Strictly Come Dancing)?

Surely it is unhealthy and dangerous, as I have seen a young person driving a car, her right eye completely covered with hair.

TV?programmes and medical and cookery subjects were quite awful (producers please note). I counted at least six times a cookery contestant pushed back her awful untidy hair from her face and then immediately put her hands into her cooking.

The medical programme had a doctor and often senior medical personnel frequently pushing the hair off the face and out of their eyes, then touching patients – a sure way for unwanted germs to be passed on!

Where are the Health and Safety Regulations so necessary in these instances?

Comments will be of great interest.
