THREE teenagers who damaged a village hall will go before councillors to make a public apology for their actions.
The parents of the vandals, two aged 16 and a 13-year-old, have agreed to pay £142 each for the repairs to Sedbury and Beachley village hall.
The hall is run by Tidenham parish council and the youngsters will attend a future meeting to apologise in public, said parish clerk Jan Cordon.
The door to the hall in King Alfred Road, Sedbury was damaged by vandals in January causing more than £400 worth of damage.
The teenagers agreed to attend a meeting of the council to apologise and to pay compensation following the intervention of PC Debbie Debbie Davis.
"Debbie has done a superb job on this, " Mrs Cordon told the parish council.
