HUNDREDS of walkers and spectators called in at Lydney's Whitecross Leisure Centre over the weekend to take part in or support the fifth Relay for Life.
Teams took it in turns over 24 hours to do laps of the track in support of vital cancer research.
Included was a lap of honour by cancer survivors and an egg and spoon race in fancy pants – plus plenty of music and entertainment.
The cash is being counted and the Review will report next week on how it all went.
