I HAVE heard we may have a shortage of water.

Well I am 90 years old on March 28 and for the last three months I have been unable to have a shower because next door has a tap running fully in the house, and one outside.

My pressure in the house is very low because of the water running next door.

I telephoned Severn Trent. They did not want to know but put me onto the council. They did not want to know. At the moment the house is empty.

Can't they get in touch with the owner? All that water for three months wasted. I?have a good mind not to pay my water bills if I can't shower.
