CAN anyone say who is responsible and when will something get done to stop gallons of water running down the High Street in Cinderford?

This has been gushing down the street for months.

Whoever is responsible should be fined for such a waste of water.

If it was a few days then OK, but this has been going on for several months.

Who is responsible? What is Severn?Trent doing about it – nothing it seems.

Someone should be blamed.
