A WHITECROFT teenager who drove carelessly in Cheltenham has been ordered to pay £706 in fines, costs and surcharges.
At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court Harvey Austen of Grove Park, High Delf Way, was convicted of driving a Ford Fiesta without due care and attention in Lansdown Road, Cheltenham, on January 21.
He was fined £440 plus a £176 surcharge and £90 costs and his licence endorsed with six penalty points.
