IT seems to be fashionable to have a go at Two Rivers Housing these days. However, I?am going to be different.

My daughter found herself disabled, deserted and homeless within a short period; all this with a teenage son to care for.

Peter Matthams of Forest of Dean District Council and Two Rivers Housing found them temporary housing whilst looking for a suitable property for their permanent home.

Finally, they located a bungalow in Lydney. Alan Parsons of Two?Rivers, working alongside occupational therapy, worked out a programme of adaptations which were carried out by Geoff Hale on behalf of Two Rivers. The result was a home finely tuned to my daughter's particular needs.

Her input was sought at all stages and she is now happy and a great deal more independent.

I would like to thank Peter Matthams of Forest of Dean?District Council, staff/management of Two Rivers Housing and in particular Alan Parsons, and Geoff Hale and his team.

Thank you all. You have turned my daughter's life around.

– Mrs A.M.?Brown, Drybrook.
