A 29-year-old Redmarley man who drove a Mazda car in Gloucester without third party insurance and with an expired driving licence has been ordered to pay £1,014 in fines, costs and surcharges.
Henry Carroll of The Heath, Redmarley, also had seven penalty points endorsed on his licence by Cheltenham magistrates.
The offences occurred on May 6 this year on the B4008 Bristol Road in Gloucester.
