YEAR Eight pupils at Chepstow School are pictured with some of the 1,000 items collected by students for the town’s Foodbank.

All students at the school were set the challenge of reaching 1,000 items within a fortnight – and they achieved their target.

Each form was given a specific item from a list of supplies provided by the Foodbank and the school also collected advent calendars and selection boxes as a festive treat.
