What madness it is to destroy the Five Acres College, at what cost? Millions! And rebuild at Cinderford at what cost? Many more millions. Please tell us the estimated costs (remember these estimates are usually exceeded in the final bill).

Who are the people behind this scheme – please do not say this or that committee – name names, proposer, seconder, supporters etc.

How much will it cost to move equipment from Five Acres to Cinderford or will it all go to landfill?

Will?Coleford lose its theatre and the one swimming pool, whilst Cinderford has two pools?

This millions of expense will mean exactly the same facilities for the Forest of Dean Youth but on a different site ­– what will have been gained?

This world of ours is going mad, but who can stop this waste of our money?
