YOUNG Forest rower, Megan Jephcote, has picked up a second gold medal after competing at the Finland Indoor Rowing Championships in Helsinki.

Pictured after her medal ceremony last weekend the Finnish competition was the final end of an epic three weeks of competition covering 3,000 miles and three countries.

The 12-year-old from Coleford will now reduce the amount of indoor competitions to take a well earned break and concentrate on her water rowing with Gloucester Rowing Club.

•In the last three weeks Megan picked up a gold in Scotland and a Bronze in Manchester before the Finland competition.
