WYNDCLIFFE Court Sculpture Gardens wil (September 25) after three successful years.

Alex Brown, who runs the business with Christine Baxter, said: “We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wyndcliffe; as a family home, a studio for us both and as sculpture gardens and tea rooms for the public.

“Over the years we have welcomed many thousands of visitors to the Grade II listed house and gardens and have been privileged to live and work in such stunning surroundings.

“The 2016 season has been our most successful to date with very many people passing through the gardens, record sculpture sales and a thriving tea room. Regrettably we have been unable to agree mutually acceptable terms with the letting agents, who act on behalf of the family trust which owns Wyndcliffe Court.”

Alex and Christine plan to launch Court Robert Arts in Raglan next year and will continue to feature work by artists from the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, including Sarah D’Arcy, Tony Ford and Angela Palmer.
