CLASSIC motor vessel (MV) Balmoral made her way up the River Severn on Sunday afternoon.
The ship, built in 1949, was heading from Bristol to Sharpness for her annual dry docking and refit. She re-enters passenger service on May 13 with a programme of cruises on the Bristol Channel. Balmoral then visits the Thames, the south coast, north Wales and the Irish Sea before returning to the Bristol Channel during July and August.
