THE planned sailing of the pleasure steamer Balmoral from Lydney on Saturday (July 2) has been cancelled because of unforseen delays in maintenance work. The sailing company's website says passengers with prebooked tickets can transfer to sailings later this year or send their tickets back for a refund.
