THE Mad Dog Jog and A Half returns this Saturday (March 19).

It takes place at Speech House, near Coleford, and involves a half marathon and a three-mile fun run with multi-terrain races for canicross.

All proceeds raised will go towards Breast Cancer Now and Gloucestershire Animal Welfare Association and Cheltenham Animal Shelter.

The half marathon starts at 2pm and the 5k fun run is at 2.15pm.
