CLEMENTS End Chapel celebrated its 147th anniversary with a performance from Coalway Ladies.

Mrs Patti Budd led a service at the chapel, near Sling, before the singers delivered a delightful array of harmonies from their latest repertoire.

“We love performing here,” said Val Harris, a longstanding choir member. “It is always a challenge to try something new and get good feedback from the congregation who follow our progress.”

There were also refreshments.
