THE body of a missing woman was found in the River Severn at Minsterworth.

Police searching for Lyn Cousins, from Tewkesbury, found her body on Monday.

Ms Cousins’ next of kin have been informed and a formal identification of the body is yet to be carried out. The coroner has also been informed.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.
