Now the summer is here why do we have to put up with this?

Why can't we enjoy our gardens without individuals like this having bonfires every night?

We all have wheelie bins and a very good recycling service and bin collection – just what do these people have to burn? Do they collect everyone else's rubbish?

If it was the younger generation doing it wouldn't they complain!
