Though Lydney might have been unhappy with last week's game against Henley Hawks, which saw them trailing at Regentsholm 20-26, there was good reason to cheer some welcome sponsorship from local businessman Brian Cook.
The Whitehouse Press boss is backing the travel expenses of a couple of players and Lydney's Colin Henderson said the move was "very useful".
If anyone else would like to follow Brian's example the club would be more than grateful, he added.
