I HAVE recently been doing some research on behalf of an elderly friend, about the Bengough family who used to reside in the Forest of Dean.

Despite various efforts I have so far drawn a blank, so was surprised to see a photo of a lady by the name of Karen Bengough at the 1940s event held at the Norchard, in your paper.

I would be grateful if this lady could contact me to see if she can help my elderly friend in her quest as she has something personal which she wishes to pass on.
