I WRITE with reference to the crashes on the new roundabout on the Lydney bypass.

The reasons for them can only be speed and driver error.

I wonder how safe these drivers are when they drive around the rest of our road network? Roads where, probably, new signs, junctions and roundabouts are put or altered all the time.

I say bring in refresher courses for drivers to include the Highway Code. I wonder how many people own or even look at the new version of the Highway Code?
