TO Lord Justice Briggs: with all due respect you must know that your review (of civil courts) will of necessity be incomplete.
The reason of course is that people like me are barred from making a claim at Queen’s Bench common law court of record where many injustices could be solved in this country.
I have tried to make such claims but the masters at the Royal Courts of Justice hide behind their clerical staff who try to make claimants use the administration courts which, of course, many cannot afford.
Even Lord Leveson in his description of Queen’s Bench discusses fully three of the branches of Queen’s Bench but does not mention the existing Queen’s Bench common law court of record.
Again, with all due respect I believe that you will be coerced to follow the Ministry of Justice’s dictates and, by not even referring to the common law court, you will effectively allow this unlawful practice to continue.
You must know in law that by denying a man access to the common law courts you are insulting our sovereign the Queen.
It is my expectation that you will not have the courage to stop this unlawful practice.
This denial of justice makes all judges criminals.
I would love to be proved wrong by you doing your duty as a man and under your oath of office by reporting this crime and reverting to the rule of law.
