WELL done to the ex-tenants for winning their battle over the grass cutting.

Aren't they lucky. They no longer have to pay.

What I would like to know is what happens to us – by us, I mean tenants who pay full rent and have estate maintenance stopped at source.

Will I as an elderly pensioner paying full rent have to subsidise these ex-tenants, and possibly have an even more excessive rent rise to pay for Two Rivers Housing court costs?

We don't have a choice. We have to pay.
