The owners are legally bound to pay your vets fees and will be cautioned properly by the police to keep the dog under control. If it reoffends it may be destroyed.

There is no place for these dangerous animals in our society. This happens so often everywhere, not just in the Forest. It takes the joy out of dog walking.
