THE LEADER of Monmouthshire Council has said he is "disappointed" that county planners have agreed a project to build 46 homes in Sudbrook.
Councillor Peter Fox, whose Portskewett ward includes Sudbrook, said the decision should mean plans for a 340-home estate nearby will have to be looked at again.
He said: "I was disappointed that the scheme for 46 houses in Sudbrook was passed.
