IS anyone else fed up with the extortionate petrol and diesel prices charged in Coleford?
Cinderford's prices are usually 2p less than Coleford and when I travel to visit family in Weston super Mare I can usually fill up often for as much as 9p less per litre than here.
Why are we so royally ripped off? The residents and small business owners in our Forest towns are being put under increasing pressure and it's just not fair.
As regards the parking charges and the councillor for Tidenham accusing us of "whining," it's the injustice of it that angers us the most. OK, I'll be honest, sometimes it's good to park in Coleford for an hour, do the errands and shopping, all for 20p.
But let's not be fooled in any way, that 20p charge will increase before long and it's nothing to do with so-called "whining" Mr councillor for Tidenham.
It's basically unfair and unjust. Businesses are already suffering or closing down and I dread to think what our towns will be like in five years time.
I'm sure that if it was your income and livelihood at stake, you would be protesting as much as the rest of us.
