BATHURST Park, Lydney, is, during the summer, a centre for drug dealing.

While watching football by the gents toilet building drugs are smoked and sold. Many of the youths involved do not even try to hide this from passers-by.

I have found small foil burnt patches in the park and plastic bottles with hollow pipes fitted in them.

I would have thought along with the under-age drinking (especially among girls) that goes on the evenings there, it would be fairly easy for the police to take action.

Broken bottles are often smashed by the play equipment.

The enjoyment of our lovely park is being ruined by a bunch of foul-mouthed yobs.

Surely something can be done? – Park lover, Lydney.
