WHY is the Review always printing derogatory letters regarding the Co-op?

The Co-op is an establishment supporting Fairtrade, ethnic trading and local community projects to name just a few. All the staff are helpful, polite, friendly and courteous and follow a code of good customer care.

No other supermarket gets letters of criticism printed. I could have written to you and told you about the checkout operator at another store who, with a friend, was describing her vomit after a night out. Would you have printed that letter?

Any problems with the Co-op talk to the supervisors or managers, they would be only too willing to uphold good customer relationships, and would address any grievance.

Many customers praise the Co-op for their values and excellent staff, so anyone out there with a comment don't just write letters to the Review, visit the Co-op at Cinderford and 'talk to us.'
