THROUGH your newspaper may I say a big 'thank you' to the staff in the Parkend Cycle Centre, the young mum-to-be, who is a trained first aider, and the paramedics who attended to me when I suffered a heavy fall opposite the cycle centre on Wednesday, June 5.

The nurses at the Dilke who patched me up were so kind and efficient. Thanks to all those caring people I am now recovering well.
