The photo you published of (No.1) Viney Hill Lime and Sandstone Quarry in the latest edition of the Review states: "It is one of a set of five of the quarry taken by Parkend photographer Mr Morton who, in this shot, is believed to be the man standing alongside the motorbike".
I'm wondering how he managed to take the photo and be in it at the same time. Did he click his camera and run to his motorbike faster than the speed of light?
Perhaps Viney Hill Lime and Sandstone Quarry defied the normal laws of physics and was some sort of time portal. I could relate to you incidents of a similar, strange nature when I go to bed and wake up the next day unable to account for eight 'lost' hours. Or maybe it was simply that Mr Morton had a wild boar or big cat as an assistant.

•Editor's note: We wondered much the same. It seems Mr Morton 'posed' the picture and then left it to his assistant to operate the camera. Could Kev n' Dave do better?
