FITNESS instructors Jake Biddle and Dom Hill are setting down a challenge as part of Lydney Health, Well-being and Fitness Week.

The instructors, from Club Ginger in Lydney will join eight other well-being and fitness providers for free taster sessions outside the Co-op in Lydney on Saturday (June 3) which is also part of the Lydney Festival.

Jake and Dom will challenge passers-by to board the spin bike and there will be a free training session at Club Ginger for the person who clocks up the longest distance in four minutes.

The club is also running free taster sessions on the spin bikes and other equipment between Monday, June 5 and Friday, June 9 between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.

There will be nine fitness and well-being professionals outside the Co-op between 10am and 2.30pm on Saturday.

Among those taking part in the Well-being Week are Lydney Tennis Club, the Forest Council, Herbal Ways, Lydney Osteopaths, Way2Go Adventures, Master Sken Academy, Ad Fitness, Viney Hall Physiotherapy, and Wye Valley and Forest of Dean Therapy and Healing Centre.

There will also be live music outside the Co-op on Saturday as part of Lydney Festival.
