FOOD and drink lovers from across the region flocked to the latest monthly display of food and drink (with tastings) at Taurus Crafts, Lydney.
Held on the second Saturday of every month, the event attracts many regular growers and Graham Waddington of Native Breeds always makes some special sausages for the day.
"We are focusing on supporting start ups to do new things. So we gave Native Breeds space here and now they have opened a production unit just behind us," said Elizabeth Ball of Taurus. "Native Breeds now has a deal with Selfridges, so we're in on the start of a new national name.
"Firsts for the Forest this time included the Terrrace Brewery, which had a great day with lots of positive feedback.
"Also attending were the May Hill Brewery – going a bit longer but the first to use their own spring water."
The event also featured the Pandemonium Steel Band and hands-on children's craft activities.
