IN the 1970s the government decided to give your jobs and the country to everyone that wanted to come to work.

But most came to get whatever they wanted: free housing, free hospital treatment for which you the taxpayer has been paying for years.

Now the Forest Council wants to give up the Forest for which you paid in taxes for houses not jobs.

So unless you stand up to this council your Forest will be lost for good.

Thirty years ago they had money from the NCB (National Coal Board) to replace jobs when the pits finished but where are the jobs?

We lost Rank's, Lister's Pine End, Broadmoor Brick and still no jobs.

They've forgotten we pay their wages.
