EVERY week I read the Review and read all about the mess being made yet I am yet to see one word about the Forestry Commission and the utter mess it is making all over the Forest which very sadly includes where the fields of bluebells flower.

I doubt this year that the tourists will leave with glowing reports as some parts are akin to battlegrounds.

I dislike mess and rubbish and campaign against it regardless of who or what makes the mess, we need to control boar numbers as they have increased  and spread further around the Forest.

Do we not also need to try and control the mess the Forestry Commission makes, the fly tipping and other litter which gets worse all the time and also the dog mess?

I would love to see a Forest as tidy as possible but with all animals free to exist as much as possible and for us humans to take  a little more care and pride in where we live.

I know it is a 'working forest' but it is also a 'leisure forest' and massive wildlife draw. These are all reasons we moved here 10 years ago and it is so sad to see what it is like now.

Moan over.
