LEARNER drivers looking to take their tests can now practice their driving theory at community hubs and libraries in Monmouthshire.

The Theory Test Pro online learning software has been added to the internet services available free at the county’s libraries.

It provides a realistic simulation of the UK’s driving theory test, and contains the entire official test question bank, hazard perception video clips and an online version of the Highway Code.
