CHEPSTOW Musical Youth Theatre is taking a trip back to the 50s – and up the A48 – for its next production.

The cast, who are all aged between 13 and 18, are staging the ever-popular Grease at Lydney Town Hall between Thursday, March 27 and Saturday, March 29.

The lead roles of Sandy and Danny will be played by Christina Dixon of Chepstow School and Anna Dewar of Wyedean School and Ashley Pierce and Matt Miles who are both students at Chepstow School.

Director Louise Marsh commented, "This show is going to be a knock-out! The cast have been working really hard, and they are incredibly talented. Their dancing and singing is amazing.

"There will be lots of bobby socks, fabulous frocks and leather jackets," said Louise. "It's going to be a good-looking show, with something for everyone."
