THE sky's the limit for youngtsters who attend the village school at Soudley!
Pupils had good reason to celebrate last week when the latest Ofsted report judged the school to be "good" and with many outstanding features.
Noting a considerable improvement, lead inspector Alison Grainger said Soudley was "a wonderful family school."
"Not only does it ensure that pupils achieve well, but it also helps them to grow into well-rounded, extremely courteous and pleasant young people, " she wrote.
The report recognised the contribution of "exceptionally dedicated" staff and a well organised governing body.
It said the pupils were keenly aware of their responsibilities towards others.
There was praise for good teaching, excellent pastoral care, and a stimulating and highly enriched curriculem that enabled pupils to achieve well.
Head teacher Saron Hetenyi said: "The staff and governors at Soudley are very proud and pleased that our achievements have been formally recognised and celebrated."
