IN response to Cllr Preest's letter regarding his recent contact with Two Rivers Housing, I would like to reassure your readers that we value the input of local councillors and always respond to their enquiries.

Cllr Preest contacted us in November to raise concerns about an issue affecting our tenants.

It was a matter we were already dealing with and I responded to Cllr Preest just two days later, bringing him up-to-date with our progress and action taken.
